IDA internet marketing follows cancellation policies, specific to each service, including pay per click and search engine optimization, to name some. Please refer to each cancellation and refund policy before availing a specific service.
If you wish to cancel a service, you should submit a cancellation request to our accounts and billing department. You may contact us for cancellation through phone, direct mail, fax or email. You should take note that your request will not be considered valid until or unless you receive confirmation from the mentioned department. The confirmation number or email will serve as the proof of service cancellation.
Our company follows a specific refund policy for each service. Please read and understand the specific refund policy agreement for complete information.
We will only act on the refund agreement signed upon you and our company. We do not offer a refund for the transaction charges or for funds that have already been spent on search engines or for the delivered services, or any other charges that cannot be recovered for IDA or refunding them will cause loss to IDA.
eBrandz follows different refund policy for its different services. Kindly refer to individual service agreements for more details on refund policy.
eBrandz does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. eBrandz will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and eBrandz. eBrandz does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for eBrandz and refunding them causes any loss to eBrandz.
Without prior notice, we reserve the right to amend or change any sections of our cancellation and refund policy.
